Ten years ago, I fell head over heels for a Jazz student. After one year of being together, I decided to pack a carry-on and move to the UK with him. I knew I would marry him one day, so it was an easy decision, though the beginnings were tough, not as much anymore. These days, I work in the climbing industry and create videos for fun - mainly for Łukasz’s bands, but I have a plan to join Foo Fighters on tour in a couple of years. As for the wedding? I am planning to outlast everyone on the dance floor.
After six months of working alongside Magda at the escape room, I finally managed to win her over. It was tricky at first, but once she realised I was a drummer, it clicked right away for her. We fell in love from the first paradiddle, and that made it much easier to move to London in 2017 to study music. We agreed to stay for three or four years. Nine have passed, and we’re still here. I’m just so close to becoming a rock star - same as every year. To keep my musical passion going, I work in live events, mostly installing LED screens. At some point, I’d love to start my own company doing that.
